When you purchase a report or submit an inquiry through alu-serve.com, we collect the following information:

Technical parameters — press size, alloy grade, billet dimensions, ram speed, profile weight, and other extrusion inputs you provide to generate your report.
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. Aluserve never sees or stores your card details.
Usage data — standard web server logs including IP address and browser type, retained for security purposes only.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

To generate your PDF extrusion analysis report based on the parameters you provide.
To deliver your report to the email address you specify.
To send you an order confirmation and receipt.
To respond to consultation or optimization inquiries you submit.
To maintain basic business records of transactions for accounting purposes.

Important: Your technical production parameters (billet dimensions, ram speed, extrusion ratios, productivity figures, etc.) are used only to calculate and generate your report. They are not retained on our servers after your report has been delivered.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.
We do not store your payment card details — all payments are handled by Stripe.

Our servers are hosted on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure in the European Union, protected by industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, firewall protection, and regular backups.

Contact information (name, email, company) is retained in our business records to maintain transaction history and provide customer support. This data is stored securely and is never shared externally.

Technical production data submitted for report generation is processed in real time and is not retained permanently after your report has been generated and delivered.

Third Party Services

Aluserve uses the following third-party services to operate:

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Hetzner Cloud — server hosting in the EU. Governed by Hetzner's Privacy Policy.
Zoho Mail — email delivery of your reports and correspondence.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising technology on our website.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of any inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your personal data from our records.
